I think if you’ve read this blog for a while you know how I feel about food.
I’ll tell you again anyway; I love thinking about food, writing about food, cooking, exploring, experiencing, sharing and simplfying. Food to me is so much more than eating. Food for me is community (more on this later). Over my several Whole30s I’ve come to view food as a source of wellness and healing, it has changed so much about my relationship to it.
I’ve been trying to cook more, share more and explore more. Unfortunately I haven’t shared much of that here. I do have some recipes posted here, but I also created an instagram page where I share lots of food pictures. Do check it out it’s somehavefood

Recipe development is also a new challenge I’ve enjoyed.
All in all, food is a space I’m really enjoying exploring. Life is full of good things, right now. I keep reminding myself. Be intentional in this moment and enjoy all it has to offer.
